What Size?
For your comfort and to obtain the best look it is important that you select the correct size. At our store we offer a free specialist fitting service as the size and fit can vary between different brands and cuts. If you are unsure of your size or the fit of one of our products please refer to our below fitting guide or contact us and we will endeavour to help you with advice on particular brands and styles and how they fit.
When you first put your new bra on, we recommend you do the following to ensure it is adjusted correctly to fit.
1. Extend the shoulder straps
2. Slip the bra on holding each side and lean forward slightly so that your bust will fall naturally into the cups
3. Fasten the bra hooks and straighten up (select the most comfortable hook setting)
4. Pull the bra downwards to adjust the fastening under the shoulder blades
5. Adjust the shoulder straps so that they give firm but comfortable uplift to the bust
Bra Size Guide
Pant and Brief Size Guide
Sleepwear and General Sizing Guide
As a quick guide to determine your individual bra size we recommend the following steps.
Please note when taking your measurements you should ensure:
1. you are wearing a comfortable bra that you feel fits you well; and
2. you are standing up straight ensuring the tape measure is level and straight around your body when you are taking the
measurements.
Step 1 Under Bust Measurement: To determine the Bra Size measure firmly around your torso/under bust where the bottom of the bra will sit, as shown in the below illustration:
Step 2 Bust Size: Measure around your entire torso at the fullest part of your bust, over the nipples, as shown in the below illustration.
Step 3: Determine your Bra Size by using your Under Bust Measurement. Then find your cup size by using your Bust Size Measurement.
For example, if your Under Bust Measurement is 80 cm and your Bust Size Measurement is 97 cm then your Bra Size is "14" and your cup size is "C". You should therefore fit a 14C bra.

As a quick guide to determine your pant or brief size we recommend the following steps.
Step 1: Measure around your waist as shown in the illustration below. Subject to Step 2 below, this measurement should allow you to determine your pant/brief size in Step 3.
Step 2: To be sure your pants fit comfortably, you should also measure your hip width as shown in the below illustration. It is important to ensure you measure your hips at the fullest part. The difference between your hip and waist measurement should by around 25 cm. If this difference is substantially higher you should select a larger size fit than the size found by measuring your waist. For example, if your waste measurement is 70 cm but your hip measurement is 100 cm you may find a size 16 more comfortable than a size 14.
